Ostréa-Parcs produces and sells oysters for shippers and trade customers throughout France. Our range includes oysters in marketable sizes (sizes N°1 to N°5) as well as semi-farmed oysters (18 months and 30 months, available in various sizes: 30, 50 or 80 pieces per kg etc).

Our production is based on two complementary chains. Firstly, oysters hatched at sea from our own collection sites in Charente-Maritime (Île Madame, Fouras and Île d’Aix), which are then reared at our concessions in Blainville-sur-Mer, Normandy. This complete control over the production cycle enables us to offer oysters reared over a long cycle, from collection to dispatch.

 

Secondly, we have also been offering since 2026  a range of triploid oysters, reared to the same high quality standards to meet the diverse needs of professionals.
