Warty clams
The Granville Praire is widely considered to be one of the finest types of shellfish. Its fruity flavour makes it the perfect accompaniment to a crusty, buttered baguette and a glass of white wine! It is also the perfect addition to any seafood platter. You can enjoy it from September to April. To make sure you don't grind your teeth over a single grain of sand, all our warty clams are desanded in our ponds.

Manila clams
Whether wild or farmed, our Manila clams all grow in the sandy beaches of Normandy and the Chausey Islands. Their quality and taste have long been no secret. Raw, stuffed, pan-fried or steamed, our clams are only as good as your culinary imagination. To ensure they are free of grit, our clams are sanded in our tanks.

Common cockles
With common cockles, you'll rediscover the charm and flavour of afternoons spent fishing on the beaches of Normandy. They're always a perfect accompaniment to spaghetti: just add a little crème fraîche and parsley, and you're ready to go. What's more, you don't need to de-silt them - we'll take care of them in our tanks before we send them to you. Enjoy your meal! Our deliveries will depend on the availability of our beds, which come and go on a cyclical basis.

Granville King scallop
It evolves in the pure, crystal-clear waters off the Cotentin peninsula, developing a simple yet refined fruity flavour. The fact that it is rarely coded makes it an almost sophisticated scallop, much appreciated by Normandy's top chefs such as Philippe Hardy, who knows how to prepare it countless ways, whether raw in carpaccio or pan-fried. This seasonal shellfish can only be eaten during a certain period of the year, with fishing open from October to May.

Periwinkle
This little sea snail needs no introduction! Low in calories and rich in magnesium, bigorneaux are available all year round and can be enjoyed with mayonnaise or in salads.

Bouchot mussel
Experience the original taste of the authentic Normandy bouchot. The flavor and aroma of its yellow flesh probably make it the best mussel. While not very large, it's still very meaty, and available from May to January. We also offer it ready-to-cook so you can enjoy it faster.

Sea almond
Basic, affordable but never superfluous, this seafood with a pronounced salty taste will always make an impression on a platter.

Clams
The clam is a shellfish native to America, where it's highly prized, but also thrives off our coasts. Discover its firm, fragrant flesh, served with a few drops of lemon or plain for purists. Clams will likely become a staple on your future seafood platters.

SHELLFISH
Every morning at 5am, we drive our lorry to the Granville fish auction. This is where we select the finest shellfish, fresh off the boats that have just returned from a night's fishing off our coast. Depending on the weather, the rarity of the products and demand, we endeavour to acquire the best lots at the fairest price.
The auction is not the only source of our shellfish supplies, as many professional fishermen also bring us the fruits of their catch every day.
